The Brampton
The Brampton Garden Room is a mix of traditional and contemporary combined into one garden room. As standard, The Brampton comes with 3” x 2” framing, half-clad double doors, an opening 9 pane Georgian style window and three 6 pane fixed Georgian windows.
Add in our internal cladding package, one of our electric packages and a felt tile roof at an additional cost to make this a fully insulated garden room! A stunning additional to any garden.

Thirlmere Cottage
New to the cottage range for 2023, the Thirlmere Cottage combines the robustness and strength of our Derwent Cottage model but gives the feel of a summer house by incorporating the Royal double doors and 2 Royal windows. The building also comes with a box section metal roof, 20mm loglap cladding, vapour barrier, 3” x 2” framing and 2ft overhang at the front of the building.
The Thirlmere Cottage can be upgraded to include electric packages – lights and plug sockets and can be fully insulated. Finance available on all our models.

The Uber SpaHaus perfectly combines a Garden Room and hot tub area in one. You can choose the size breakdown for each area and position the doors & windows to suit your requirements.
