Description
The Modena has excellent specifications like our Monarch model, however the Modena features sliding doors, 2 UPVC opening windows and vertical 20mm TGV cladding. Extra head height, 3” x 2” framework and an EDPM firestone rubber roof are all standard features on the Modena as well as Anthracite Grey painted trims.
The Modena is a spectacular building that would be a fabulous addition to any garden – the perfect home bar, office or relaxation den. Add in our internal cladding package and one of our electric packages to make this building useable all year round!

Contemporary Monarch Combi
Like our Contemporary Monarch, the Monarch combi was introduced in 2022 and is designed to a high specification. It comes as standard with 3” x 2” framework, EDPM Firestone Rubber Roof, Extra Height, UPVC double glazed double doors and two fixed UPVC double glazed windows with Anthracite Grey frames. The combi also includes a partition wall to create a separate storage area and has a separate door leading into the area.
Add in our Internal cladding package and one of our electric packages to make this building usable all year round.
