The Uber SpaHaus perfectly combines a Garden Room and hot tub area in one.  You can choose the size breakdown for each area and position the doors & windows to suit your requirements.

• Platinum electrical package – including 12 spot-lights – 8 internal and 4 external (can be altered to suit your needs), brushed chrome screwless light switch, 4 double sockets (2 of which include USB Ports), a glass panel radiator, external up & down lights, and an outside double socket.
• Grey composite decking and cedarwood finish in the hot tub area
• OSB floor
• Pre-installed Airtech base system – 4×2 base frame, 6×2 posts which are concreted into the ground with made to measure maintenance free aluminium skirts.
