The Royal comes with the standard double doors and 4 windows and the hot tub area comes with a fully decked floor and has a choice of either an open side and front or an enclosed side and open front. Add in our internal cladding package to the garden room side, one of our electric packages and an EDPM firestone rubber roof for an additional cost to make this a fully insulated garden room! A stunning additional to any garden.  The EDPM rubber roof upgrade is highly recommended as the material is totally impervious, maintenance free and removes any need for re-felt.
