All electrical packages require you to have a live electrical feed (armoured cable) down to your garden where you would like your building situated – this must be in place prior to the installation of our electrical packages.   PLEASE NOTE:  Electrical packages being installed outside of a 125 mile radius have a surcharge of £150 applied upon ordering.

A fantastic addition to any of our summerhouse or Contemporary range, the internal cladding package gives you a building that you can use all year round, it’s perfect for turning any building into a home office, workspace, chill out room or relaxation den. The package includes insulation, 12mm Swedish redwood cladding, floor lining and grey laminate flooring. Combine it with one of our electrical packages for the ultimate home office.

Pick the size of your main building (Spa Haus) and add on the side extension for your hot tub. The open section could also be used for a chill-out space, outdoor furniture or BBQ area. A base must be ordered for the full size of the Spa Haus (main building plus extension) due to the decked floor area in the hot tub/open side.
