It comes as standard with single glazed double doors and 4 fixed windows which can be placed anywhere on the building to create an design you require. However, the Shed combi also comes with a partition wall and separate door to create a separate shed storage area .
Add in our internal cladding package, one of our electric packages and an EDPM firestone rubber roof at an additional cost to make this a fully insulated garden room! A stunning additional to any garden.

The Derwent Cottage is perfect for those that want to combine style with security. This building features 3” x 2” framework, 20mm loglap cladding, a box section metal roof, vapour barrier, a 900mm security door which includes internal hinges and a padlock protector, a 2ft roof overhang at the front of the building and 2 4 pane fixed Georgian windows.
Our Derwent Cottage model can be upgraded to include the insulation package and electric package which includes lights, plug sockets and radiators. We offer Finance Options on our Cottage Range, Sheds and Garden Buildings.
