Cawthorne Corner House
The Cawthorne Corner House is perfect for filling the empty space in your garden. The building comes as standard with half-clad 6 pane Georgian double doors with keylock and handles, Georgian side windows and extra height for a spacious feel. The 6ft x 6ft and 7ft x 7ft models come with 6 pane Georgian windows and the 8ft x 8ft models and upwards come with 9 pane Georgian windows. This building can be manufactured from 12mm tanalised shiplap cladding or 16mm tanalised loglap cladding. All our buildings can be fully insulated and can include electric packages for lights, plug sockets and radiators. Finance options available for all models.
The Cawthorne Corner House can also be manufactured as corner shed with a fully clad door and shed windows.

Horizontally cladded with Canadian Western Red Cedar, the Cedarwood Royal comes as standard with an EDPM firestone rubber roof, single glazed double doors and 4 fixed windows with anthracite grey painted frames and a breathable vapour barrier. Add in our internal cladding package and electric package at an additional cost to make this a fully insulated garden room! A stunning additional to any garden.
Please Note: only three sides of the building are cladded with Cedarwood. The rear elevation will be cladded in 12mm tanalised shiplap cladding.

We introduced our Contemporary Corner House in 2018 and it quickly became one of our best sellers. This corner house comes with long glass double doors and windows, giving a modern feeling and can be manufactured from 12mm tanalised shiplap cladding or 16mm tanalised loglap cladding.
Our Contemporary Corner House can be upgraded to include full insulation, electric packages and an EDPM rubber roof. We also offer Finance options on our Garden Buildings.

Contemporary Monarch Combi
Like our Contemporary Monarch, the Monarch combi was introduced in 2022 and is designed to a high specification. It comes as standard with 3” x 2” framework, EDPM Firestone Rubber Roof, Extra Height, UPVC double glazed double doors and two fixed UPVC double glazed windows with Anthracite Grey frames. The combi also includes a partition wall to create a separate storage area and has a separate door leading into the area.
