Overview

Cancelling your order

Upon ordering your building we request a deposit, which is refundable should you wish to cancel, up to 28 days after placing the order, after this period the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits for custom builds (any build with optional extras added or any build that has changes made to standard builds listed in the brochure) are non-refundable, 14 days after placing the order. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% administration fee of the full invoice price, payable to GardenshedUK upon cancelling.
