By adding the internal cladding package, electric package and EDPM firestone rubber roof, you can immediately enhance the use of this building.

The EDPM Firestone rubber roof is a highly recommended upgrade as the material is maintenance free, totally impervious and comes with a 25 year guarantee.

Please Note: The Vertically clad Royal has a 2ft roof overhang so the size of the EDPM rubber roof required is one size bigger.  For Example, if the building you require is 10×8 then the rubber roof size would be 10×10.

Finance options are available for all our Garden Rooms.
